The guys from IGN.com just released a preview of the PC version of GTA IV: The article takes a closer look at the graphical differences between the gaming console and the pc version.
As might have been expected, the pc has a better anti-aliasing, extended draw distance and less pop-up. And these are the system requirements which are the result of these improvements:

But RockstarGames gives you some more days to get better hardware, if necessary: According to Gamestop und Amazon.com, GTA IV will be released on December 2nd.
